Nike and Vogue have teamed up for a first-ever Air Jordan collaboration, available only in women’s sizing. Inspired by the Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and her legendary AWOK (Anna Wintour Okay, which she uses to approve things) the sneakers come in 2 versions – The Air Jordan 1, retro, high-top shoe in rich red or white leather with a crimson tongue concealed behind a key-ring zip and The Air Jordan 3 SE, inspired by her signature Chanel tweed suits and sunglasses. Both models have AWOK stamped on the sole.
The Air Jordan 1, available July 21, recasts the retro, high-top shoe in rich red or white leather with a crimson tongue concealed behind a key-ring zip. The Air Jordan 3 SE, which drops September 7, nods to her signature Chanel tweed suits and sunglasses—the top is cut from glimmering black or red tweed. Both models have AWOK stamped on the sole.
