The Fendi Fall 2018 Menswear presentation was inspired by the one place in which we see style in all of its transient forms, the airport arrivals terminal. While it wasn’t quite the spectacle of the Chanel airport show from 2015 it is fitting that Silvia Venturini, creative director counterpart is Karl Lagerfeld. The collection consisted of logo fur blousons, intarsia shearlings, and transparent macs were all FF-abulously brand specific. Those mustard brown FF sweaters are must-haves NOW, lol as I don’t know if I can wait until next fall.
For the third collection in a row, Venturini and Fendi collaborated with an artist: This season’s artist was Glaswegian graphic specialist Reilly, whom they discovered on Instagram. Thus why most of the logo eccentric pieces you see contain less on brand interiors.
